1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the chatbot.mt platform and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Neural AI / chatbot.mt ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Description of Service

chatbot.mt provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to create, configure, and deploy intelligent chatbots. The Service includes features for uploading data sources, configuring AI models, customising chatbot appearance, and analysing chatbot performance.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• •Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• •Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts
• •Use the Service for spam, phishing, or deceptive practices

5. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no refund for the unused portion.

6. Data & Content

You retain ownership of any content (documents, data, text) you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process and index it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You warrant that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, chatbot.mt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses AI technology to generate chatbot responses. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring your chatbot's behaviour and ensuring it meets your standards before deploying to end users.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
